Friday, March 23rd, another weekend=another killer show!

Tonight's another big show for Noise Pollution. We're headed to Wind Lake, home of Kelly's Bleachers II, for a tag-team event with the world's only Poison tribute band to be fully endorsed by members of Poison...it's POSIN! We're pretty excited about tonight's show. Kelly's has even gone so far as to run ads for the show on Milwaukee's 102.9 THE HOG. It was a trip when friends of the band started calling and emailing saying they heard about the show on THE HOG. Since I know the program director there, I emailed and asked him to send an mp3 of the ad--I'm just outside of their listening area, so I am unable to hear the station on-the-air, and they don't put ads on their webcast. Anyway, the ad sounds pretty cool, and although NOISE POLLUTION is only mentioned once in the ad, it jumps right outta the speakers...big fat and in your face NOISE POLLUTION! Pretty cool.

In other Noise Pollution news, we had a great time at our annual St. Patty's show at Bobby Rockets last Saturday. The crowd was lovin' it...and man, Nick sure had a lot of friends and family show up! Every once in a while that dude impresses me. Some shows we play, it's entirely for people we've never met. Other shows it's in front of only friends and family. But St. Patty's was one of those cool nights where there was a great mix of faces both familiar and new. Good time, good beer, good tunes, and good God, Bobby Rockets was rockin! Maybe we'll make a special appearance there before Halloween??? Only time will tell.

So anyway, I hope you're able to come to the show tonight. Noise Pollution goes on at 10pm!

It's been a LONG time friends, and we've got some big news in the Noise Pollution camp.

OK, not BIG news, but rather we have some BIG SHOWS coming up, and that is definitely newsworthy!

Saturday, March 17th is Noise Pollution's return to Bobby Rockets in Lyons, WI. This is a favorite venue of ours, and this will be our 4th time playing at Bobby Rockets--our second time for St. Patty's Day. We go on at 9pm. Or 9:30pm. Who knows? Who cares? Just get there early, drink some green beer and have plenty o Jamesons, and you won't care what time it is, much less what day it is or what your name is!!!!

Then Friday, March 23rd we take a ride back to Kelly's Bleachers II in Wind Lake. Noise Pollution has been booked to open for the world's ultimate Poison tribute act, POSIN! We've been told we'll be on from 9-10pm. But then again, we might be on from 9:30-10:30, or 10-11, or ????. I guess the only way to know for sure is to get to this show before 9pm! We know we won't be on before 9pm. And if you get there real early, you can witness all the fun and excitement known as "load-in". You too can pick up a snare drum or roll in a speaker cabinet, to help your pals set up for the show! Doesn't that sound like fun?

It's been several weeks since the last time we got on stage, and I tell ya, we are itching to get out there and rock out! We've been busy--no slackers here! We've got some new material we'll be debuting at Bobby Rockets, and some of those tunes are sure to get a repeat performance at Kelly's, too. So c'mon out and join Noise Pollution for some Rock N Roll in March. We promise it'll be "Nothin But a Good Time"!
